Breaks or small cracks on plates are controlled. Either broken plates are requested to be canceled, or reduction of dimensions is provided from the broken sections.
Diminishing is given from plates with four smooth corners as 5 cm from width and 5 cm from length. Plats with not four smooth corners or the ones with one leaner corner, are sized with an average value.
Plates on front surfaces of bundles are controlled by a gloss checker and a visual test of our field team. The fluctuation that can occur on plates, mattes are removed from bundle, or are polished again. Gloss checker reference values are available in table below. If reference values are suitable, next stage is initiated. If a problem occurs regarding polishing, these plates are polished again.
Controls of produced products are provided with accompany of agreements between factory and you valuable customer. The detailed field report and photographs of selection are sent by us via e-mail.
